Say Hello to Halo!

Tati Westbrook launched her business Halo Beauty, and their first product, a multivitamin and beauty supplement, on March 2, 2018. The launch was met with mixed feelings and all sorts of unnecessary drama by the beauty community. She had maintained a level of secrecy about what the product was and the most common complaint was that she was not launching a makeup product. Westbrook maintained that she had always had an interest in vitamins and that she believes that beauty begins from within and that she hopes her supplement can help people with their internal health.

I purchased the vitamins about a week after they launched and while I was in the middle of one of my worst eczema breakouts of my life. I had dry eczemic patches over 80 percent of my body and while I do not credit this vitamin solely for my speedy recovery, I do believe that switching my vitamin regiment from a regular Nature's Made for Her multivitamin to the Halo Beauty Hair Skin and Nails booster has contributed greatly.

My before photos from March 2, 2018:

Along with switching to this vitamin I was also using topical steroid creams prescribed by my dermatologist and applying Cerave lotion twice daily. My eczema went from the worst that it had ever been to practically nonexistent in the span of a month and a half. I had been going through the breakout shown below for almost three months and had contracted several skin infections from my skin constantly being dry and aggravated. I do not think that this vitamin is the only reason that my skin is doing so much better, but I also don't think that it didn't have anything to do with these amazing results!

The Halo Beauty vitamin claims to have five anti-gray fighting ingredients and enzymes, powerful antioxidants, and to help create a natural moisture barrier, and stimulate hair growth. The area that I had the most visible improvement was in my skin across my entire body, my eczemic patches cleared up and I am retaining moisture much better than I seemed to be in prior months. My hair and nails were in beautiful shape prior to taking the vitamin and have remained as such with no marked improvement or degradation.

My after photos from April 12, 2018, nearly two months after starting the vitamin regiment:

The Halo Beauty vitamin is also gluten free, soy free, sugar free, vegan, cruelty-free, has no preservatives, and no parabens.

According to the Halo Beauty website, "our Ceramide-Rx has been proven in human clinical double blind trials to restore and rebuild the outer skin layer, increasing the skins ability to retain moisture while improving skin smoothness in as little as 3 weeks." While these claims have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration neither has any other vitamin.

The website also states that:

> 90 percent reported the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles were reduced

> 95 percent reported their skin appeared more youthful

> 85 percent reported thicker and stronger hair

Due to my marked improvement over the last two months I would absolutely recommend these vitamins and have since repurchased another three months worth of them.
